Tasklist haunting you for weeks?

Let’s finish it today.

The unopened mail piling up.

The insurance forms cluttering your desk.

The credit card statements pushed aside.

Every time you try to start, your brain says no.

Task paralysis creates shame, guilt, and overwhelm takes over.

This isn’t another strategy, hack, or quick fix.

We get in the trenches with you.

You get tasks completed AND emotional relief.

Whether it’s ADHD, a life crisis, or just being overwhelmed, if you need help now — this week — we’re here.

Stuck in Task Paralysis?

We Help
You Break Through.

How We’ll Work Together

  • We’ll spend 20 minutes discussing your task, formulating a plan, determining how long it will take, and discussing ADHD strategies.

ADHD solutions are dependent on the personal context. There is no one-size-fits-all that works for everyone.

  • A 60-minute Zoom session were we work on the task together.

We gently work through micro-focusing, decision fatigue, cognitive overload, and other obstacles.

Together we apply strategies that fit your brain like parking lots, single next steps, time blindness timer, task chunking, and “name it to tame it.

  • For a single session:

    Hour 1: $75

After hour 1: $10 billed in 10 minute increments.

Why different billing after the first hour?

Time blindness is real for ADHDers.

We’ll be more successful if you’re not worried about the meter running.

What We Know

(Because We’ve Been There)

You don’t lack willpower.
You’ve been wrestling your brain every day just to start — and that’s resilience, not failure.

It’s not your fault — it’s your wiring.
ADHD, executive dysfunction, and emotional overload are real. You’re not imagining it.

We offer support, not slogans.
No hustle culture, no quick fixes, toxic positivity or “just try harder” advice. Just calm, steady presence when you need it most.

You’re not broken.
You don’t need fixing — you need help that meets you where you are.

We help you take the next step.
Not the whole staircase. Just the first one. Together.

  • No task list? No planner? No idea where to start?
    That’s okay. That’s why we’re here.

You don’t need clarity, energy, or momentum—you just need to show up.

If all you can bring is a sense of dread and an unopened bill, we’ll meet you there.

  • Emotional Benefit: Facing down the shame pile significantly reduces the emotional debt you walk around with all day.

Cognitive Benefit: If you’ve successfully plowed through a large tasklist before, you may have  experienced an executive function “spike” that helps you tackle more tasks. This window also gives you productive time to tackle another task or find the next strategy, course, book, or coach that will work.

  • Perhaps the most infuriating aspect of ADHD is strategy hunting.

We find one that works (“I finally hacked it!”).

The new approach brings a wave of dopamine our brains crave.

    And then it fades.

Because it is no longer novel, there is no dopamine reward.

Then we get pulled into self-defeating narratives we’ve heard our entire lives “Why can’t I stick to it? What is wrong with me?”

We are here for those in between times until you find the next strategy that works. Don’t give up.
